- Milk solid (Milk Fat: 20% minimum
- Acetic acid (It is used for coagulation of milk)
- Place the frozen paneer in boiling water or microwave for about 5-7 minutes.
- You can also place the frozen paneer in a domestic refrigerator (around 8℃) overnight for the best thawing result.
- Store below 8℃ and consume within 2 days after thawing.
Paneer is mainly used to cook “Paneer Butter Masala.” Here’s how you can cook –
- Put oil in the frying pan and add paneer.
- Fry it until golden brown, then remove it from the pan.
- Add butter, ginger, garlic paste, chilli powder, and coriander powder.
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes, then add the tomato pieces. Fry it thoroughly.
- To add extra flavour, add cream, salt, and garam masala and mix well.
- Allow the ingredients to come to a boil,, then add the paneer.
- Garnish with butter, kasturi methi, and serve with any sides.
Storage Instructions
- To be stored at and below -18℃.
- Do not refreeze after thawing.
