Kohinoor Sarso ka Saag

Net Weight: 285g (10 oZ)

Punjabi-Style Mustard Greens Cooked Slowly for a Thick, Satisfying Curry

This dish is centered around fresh mustard greens, which are slow-cooked alongside spinach to achieve a thick, coarse texture that avoids the watery consistency often found in processed canned versions.

The consistency holds well after heating, making it easy to serve directly from the pack without losing its texture or the flavour. Each spoonful carries a nutty undertone with earthy bitterness that can be softened with a light cream finish.
