Kohinoor Vegetable Biryani

Net Weight: 285g (10 oZ)

Flavourful Rice Dish with Vegetables and Classic Biryani-Style Seasoning

Kohinoor Vegetable Biryani has long-grain basmati rice and a mix of vegetables. The grain does not clump after heating, which makes the dish light and fluffy. The vegetables add small bursts of texture throughout, making every spoonful slightly different from the last.

As a frozen option, you do not have to chop, soak, or take long cooking steps. All you need to do is just heat and serve, and it is ready to go. The consistency holds well after heating. Plus, the dish does not feel overly oily or dry when prepared as directed.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to add water?
No, adding water ruins the Basmati’s texture. The rice is pre-steamed to stay fluffy; extra moisture creates a mushy consistency.
Should I thaw it before heating?
Thawing causes moisture loss and limp vegetables, whereas direct heating preserves the original restaurant-style firmness.
    Can I add extra protein?
You can enhance your meal by folding in pan-seared paneer, boiled eggs, or soya chunks during the final minute of reheating.
