Rozana Basmati Rice can be cooked in three different ways. Before cooking, it is best to soak the rice for at least 20-30 minutes to get that soft and light texture.

Open Pot

  • Add rice to the boiling water.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
  • Once cooked, strain the rice and rinse it in hot water.
  • Consider fluffing the rice with a fork and then serve for well-separated rice.

Closed

  • Combine 4: measures of water and rice respectively.
  • Bring them to boil in a heavy-based vessel.
  • Cover the lid and cook for at least 10 minutes on low heat.
  • Leave it to cool down for 5 minutes before serving.

Microwave

  • Mix 1¾ part water and 1 part rice in a deep microwave-safe vessel.
  • Cover it with a cling film and set the timer for 6 minutes.
  • Let the rice cool down and fluff with a fork.

Note: It is recommended to use 300g of rice at a time.
