Whole Wheat Flour (42.11%), Water, Potato, Onion, Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Coriander Leaves, Salt, Butter (0.7%), Sugar, Chat Masala, Green Chili, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii)), Dry Yeast, Red Chili Powder, Red Chili Flakes, Cumin Whole, Fennel Seeds, Garam Masala, Kasturi Methi, Black Pepper, Ginger, Black Salt, Citric Acid (E330)

Pan Cook

  • Warm a non-stick pan (tawa) over medium heat.
  • Take off the dough divider and place the frozen naan directly onto the preheated pan. There’s no need to defrost.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes, turning it every 30 seconds so both sides heat evenly.
  • While it cooks, add 1 teaspoon of ghee or refined oil.
  • Remove from the pan and serve hot.

Grill

  • Preheat the grill and remove the plastic dough divider.
  • Place the naan directly inside the grill from the freezer.
  • Heat for at least 1 minute on each side.
  • Remove the naan and add some ghee (clarified butter) on both sides.
  • Put it back inside the grill for at least 30 seconds.
  • Serve hot with a dish of your choice.
