Kohinoor Garlic Butter Naan

Net Weight: 400g (14.11 oz) 4 pieces

Soft Leavened Naan Brushed With Garlic Naan Coated With Butter

While plain naan and butter naan have long been staples, the garlic version likely evolved in North Indian kitchens and restaurants, where adding garlic and butter enhanced both aroma and richness.

Made with a soft, leavened dough, it is cooked until the surface develops light golden blisters and a gentle char, while the inside stays tender and easy to tear. The finishing layer of butter and garlic gives it a fuller, more savoury character. Thus, making it enjoyable straight from the pan or after reheating.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Does Garlic Butter Naan have a strong garlic taste?
Usually, the garlic note is noticeable but balanced. It is meant to add warmth and savoury depth rather than overpower the bread.
What texture to expect after heating?
You can expect a warm, soft centre with a lightly toasted surface. However, ensure not to overheat, as it may make it drier or firmer.
Can I add herbs or seasonings before serving?
You can garnish the naan with fresh coriander, chilli flakes, or a touch of extra garlic butter for more flavour.
