Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour (42.11%), Water, Potato, Onion, Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Coriander Leaves, Salt, Butter (0.7%), Sugar, Chaat Masala, Green Chilli, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii)), Dry Yeast, Red Chilli Powder, Red Chilli Flakes, Whole Cumin, Fennel Seeds, Garam Masala, Kasuri Methi, Black Pepper, Ginger, Black Salt, and Citric Acid (E330).

Pan Cook

  • Preheat a non-stick pan (tawa) over a medium heat.
  • Remove the plastic dough divider and place the frozen kulcha directly onto the hot pan. Do not thaw before cooking.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes, turning every 30 seconds for even heating.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of ghee or refined oil while cooking.
  • Once both sides are golden brown and thoroughly heated, remove from the pan and serve hot.

Grill

  • Preheat the grill.
  • Remove the plastic dough divider and place the frozen kulcha directly onto the grill.
  • Grill for at least 1 minute on each side.
  • Carefully remove the kulcha using oven mitts, brush both sides with a little ghee or refined oil, then return it to the grill for a further 30 seconds or until heated through.
  • Serve hot with your favourite curry or accompaniment.
