    Frequently Asked Questions

How should leftover Gobhi Paratha be stored?
Allow the paratha to cool completely before storing it in an airtight container or resealable pack. This helps retain its softness and prevents it from drying out.
Does the paratha have a strong taste of cauliflower?
No. The cauliflower flavour is mild and well balanced with traditional herbs and spices, creating a rounded, savoury taste rather than an overpowering cauliflower flavour.
Can Gobhi Paratha be heated without oil or butter?
Yes. Gobhi Paratha can be heated without oil or butter. However, brushing it with a little oil, butter, or ghee during cooking helps achieve better browning and enhances its flavour.
