Kohinoor Gobhi Paratha

Net Weight: 400g (14.11 oz) 4 pieces

Soft Whole Wheat Paratha With Gobhi, Herbs, and Spices Filling

The gobhi (cauliflower) has hints of traditional spices and herbs that give the paratha a warm, balanced, classical Indian flavour. As you heat it, the surface develops gentle brown spots and a toasted wheat note.

The paratha has a soft dough that feels lightly crumbled, and a masala profile that feels lively without becoming too sharp. There is a homestyle quality to it that makes stuffed parathas feel even more inviting, especially with curd, pickle, butter, or hot chai.
