Ingredients
Onion (53.73%), Bengal Gram Flour (25.15%), Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Water, Rice Powder, Green Chilli, Ginger, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Garlic, Red Chilli Powder, Asafoetida, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500), Lemon Juice, Turmeric Powder.
Deep Fry
- Heat enough oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Gently place the frozen onion bhaji into the hot oil at around 175°C.
- Fry for 1–2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove, drain the excess oil, and serve hot with chutney.
Oven Bake
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
- Arrange the bhajis on a baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
