    Frequently Asked Questions

What filling is typically used in Punjabi samosa?
It usually has a spiced potato filling with peas, along with cumin, coriander, and other everyday spices.
How long does it take to cook Punjabi samosa?
It typically takes a few minutes depending on the method used, such as frying, baking, or air frying.
Can Kohinoor Punjabi samosa be reheated after cooking?
Yes, it can be reheated and still turn out well if done the right way. Use an oven or air fryer to warm it through, as this helps the outer layer firm up again while the inside heats evenly. Avoid microwaving for long, as it can make the outer layer soft.
