Ingredients
Onion (53.73%), Bengal Gram Flour (25.15%), Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Water, Rice Flour, Green Chilli, Ginger, Salt, Fresh Coriander Leaves, Garlic, Red Chilli Powder, Asafoetida, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500), Lemon Juice, and Turmeric Powder.
Deep Fry
- Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan over a medium heat to approximately 175°C.
- Carefully add the frozen Onion Bhajis to the hot oil.
- Fry for 1–2 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove and drain on absorbent kitchen paper before serving.
Oven Bake
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Arrange the Onion Bhajis in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and thoroughly heated.
- Serve hot with your favourite chutney.
