It is easy to prepare with chicken and cottage cheese as well. Here are two recipes you can try, depending on your diet pattern –
Chicken
- Cut 450g of boneless chicken into 2 cm (1’’) cubes, or as per your liking.
- Put 1 tbsp of refined oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes, or until the chicken turns light brown.
- Add in the gravy and stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
- Add a little water if needed to adjust the consistency and cover for 20 minutes on low heat.
- After the chicken turns soft, garnish and serve hot.
Vegetarian
- Add 500g of paneer (cottage cheese).
- You can either fry it or use it raw, based on your preference.
