How to Prepare?

This gravy can be prepared with either chicken or paneer, depending on your preference.

Chicken

  • Cut 450g of boneless chicken into 2cm cubes.
  • Heat 1tbsp of cooking oil in a saucepan and cook the chicken until lightly browned.
  • Pour the gravy into the pan and stir well to prevent it from sticking.
  • Add a little water, if required, to adjust the consistency.
  • Cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  • Stir gently and serve hot.

Vegetarian

  • Replace the chicken with 500g of paneer (Indian cottage cheese).
  • You may lightly fry the paneer first or add it directly to the gravy.
  • Simmer until the paneer is heated through and the gravy reaches your preferred consistency.
  • Serve hot with naan, paratha, or rice.
