Ingredients

How to Prepare?
This gravy can be prepared with either chicken or paneer, depending on your preference.
Chicken
- Cut 450g of boneless chicken into 2cm cubes.
- Heat 1tbsp of cooking oil in a saucepan and cook the chicken until lightly browned.
- Pour the gravy into the pan and stir well to prevent it from sticking.
- Add a little water, if required, to adjust the consistency.
- Cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Stir gently and serve hot.
Vegetarian
- Replace the chicken with 500g of paneer (Indian cottage cheese).
- You may lightly fry the paneer first or add it directly to the gravy.
- Simmer until the paneer is heated through and the gravy reaches your preferred consistency.
- Serve hot with naan, paratha, or rice.
Serving Suggestion: Finish either version with fresh cream and freshly chopped coriander for a richer, more inviting finish.
