Creamy Fenugreek-Rich North Indian Gravy with a Fresh, Mild, Comforting Flavour

Kohinoor Hariyali Methi Malai brings the creamy, comforting flavours of North Indian cuisine to your kitchen in a convenient cook-in sauce. The distinctive fenugreek (methi) adds a fresh, gently herbaceous note with a subtle bittersweet character, balancing the richness of the creamy gravy.

The velvety texture creates a smooth, rounded mouthfeel, while the delicate blend of Indian spices complements the leafy warmth of fenugreek without overpowering the dish. The result is a mild, well-balanced gravy that is both comforting and full of flavour.
