Rich Egg Curry in a Smooth, Spiced Gravy With The Flavour of Bombay

Kohinoor Ready to Cook Bombay Egg Curry brings together a familiar kind of flavours from the first spoonful. The sauce is built on a rich base of onion and tomato. Also, it is layered with cashew nut paste and coriander which gives the curry a smooth and a gently rounded finish.

The warm notes of the traditional Indian spices smells inviting as it heats, with a savoury aroma that makes the whole house feel livelier. What makes it easy to like is that it does not feel flat or one-dimensional. It is the kind of curry that works on a busy evening but still feels like a proper meal.

Does this curry have a thick gravy or a runny consistency?
It gives you a smooth, rich gravy that clings nicely to the eggs instead of feeling watery. You can keep the consistency runny if you like that way by adding more water. Whereas to keep it thick and creamy, use less water.
