Preparing Kohinoor Shahi Paneer is quick and convenient – just heat and serve. You can choose any of the ways mentioned below –
- Tear the pouch from the notch and ensure to leave a small gap of about 2cm.
- Keep the pouch inside the microwave in an upright position.
- Heat for 2 minutes on high power.
- Once thoroughly heated, tear open from the top to serve.

- Pour the shahi paneer in a pan.
- Heat for 3-5 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Take it off, allow it to cool a bit, and then serve.

- Bring a pan of water to boil.
- Place the pouch without opening it.
- Allow it to heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Open with caution as the water and the packet both are hot.
Note: To make the texture richer and more savoury, add a cube of butter and 30 ml of double cream. A few freshly chopped coriander leaves are also great for a more indulgent serving.
