A Fresh Green Spinach Puree Cooked With Subtle Spices and Tender Potato Chunks

Kohinoor Saag Aloo brings the eclectic taste and comforting flavours of North Indian cuisine to your table. The richness of this classic vegetarian dish features a velvety puree of fresh green spinach (saag) blended with a mix of aromatic spices, which does not make it too heavy.

The spinach base is paired with perfectly tender potato chunks (aloo) to create a heart-warming, satisfying texture that melts in your mouth. It is a wonderfully mild and approachable dish, making it a perfect accompaniment to almost any meal. Use it as a delightful side dish alongside a main non-vegetarian curry or have it with a fulfilling main course.
