It is easy to prepare. All you need to do is – heat it. Here’s three ways you can do that –

Microwave

  • Open the pouch by about 2cm from the notch.
  • Place it standing inside the microwave.
  • Heat for 2 minutes on high.
  • Remove the pouch and tear the top to serve hot.

Cooking on the Hob

  • Empty the pouch in a pan.
  • Heat on the hob for 3-5 minutes.
  • Keep stirring while heating it.
  • Serve hot.

Hot Water

  • Immerse the pouch into boiling water without cutting.
  • Keep it there for 3-5 minutes.
  • Tear open and serve with roti or naan.

Note: For a burst of flavour, you can add a hint of butter and 30 ml of double cream. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
