It is easy to prepare. All you need to do is – heat it. Here’s three ways you can do that –
Microwave
- Open the pouch by about 2cm from the notch.
- Place it standing inside the microwave.
- Heat for 2 minutes on high.
- Remove the pouch and tear the top to serve hot.
Cooking on the Hob
- Empty the pouch in a pan.
- Heat on the hob for 3-5 minutes.
- Keep stirring while heating it.
- Serve hot.
Hot Water
- Immerse the pouch into boiling water without cutting.
- Keep it there for 3-5 minutes.
- Tear open and serve with roti or naan.
Note: For a burst of flavour, you can add a hint of butter and 30 ml of double cream. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
