It is easy to prepare. All you need to do is – heat it. Here are three ways you can do that –

Microwave

  • Slightly open the pouch by about 2cm from the notch.
  • Place it upright in the microwave.
  • Heat on high for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the pouch from the microwave and tear the top to serve.

Cooking on the Hob

  • Pour the rajma masala in a pan.
  • Heat for 3-5 minutes on the hob.
  • Stir occasionally. Once done, serve hot.

Hot Water

  • Place the unopened pouch into boiling water.
  • Leave it for 3-5 minutes.
  • Tear open and serve hot.

Note: You can add a little butter and 30 ml of double cream to enhance the taste and texture. Add some chopped coriander leaves and serve in style.
